Raphaël Xixons
Group CEO
Raphaël Xixons is a telecommunications engineer and ISEN graduate, recognized for his strong track record in driving transformation and performance within complex service organizations. He joined ADENES Group in 2004 as an EEA-certified loss adjuster, quickly moving into leadership roles where he spearheaded the Group’s digital transformation and modernized its core claims operations. As Chief Executive Officer of ELEX France since 2017, and former Chief Performance Officer of ADENES Group, he has played a pivotal role in designing and scaling high-impact performance models across operational, financial, social, and societal dimensions. Appointed Chief Executive Officer of the ADENES Group in 2026, he is committed to positioning the Group as a leading and recognized international player in the loss adjusting industry, by scaling the models that have driven its success over the past decade.
Tancrède Stagnara
Managing director & CEO International
Tancrède Stagnara is a graduate of École Polytechnique, one of France’s leading engineering schools (X99), and holds an MBA from INSEAD, a leading international business school.
He began his career at the Safran Group, working in France and later in China.
In 2011, he joined the insurance expertise sector and co-founded Vering in 2014, an ADENES France entity specializes in managing corporate risk claims for major clients.”
He became VP Development and International of ADENES France in 2020, leading its international growth, and was appointed Managing Director & International CEO of the ADENES Group in 2026.
He also serves as Chairman of vrs Adjusters, a global network of loss adjusting and claims management specialists.
Florence Bernetti
Executive VP Group Strategy and Performance – CEO ADENES Europe
Florence Bernetti graduated from the Institut d’Études Politiques of Aix-en-Provence and from EM Lyon business school.
Florence began her career in consulting in 2001 at CSC, within the Insurance Consulting practice, advising major insurance players on transformation programs, organizational design and change management, and became Associate Director.
She joined the ADENES France in 2015 as Managing Director. Since then, she has contributed to the Group’s development, supporting its strategic structuring and business development across its activities and markets.
Following the evolution of the Group’s governance, she was appointed in February 2026 Executive VP Group Strategy & Performance and CEO of ADENES Europe.
Olivier Boniface
Executive VP Group, International offers & expertise development
Olivier BONIFACE is a trained engineer, graduated from ESTP Paris in civil and international engineering. He began his career as a loss adjuster within his family-owned firm and holds two EEA-ELAE Certifications: one as a general loss adjuster and the other as a business interruption specialist. Alongside his operational role, Olivier took over management of the family firm in 2003. In 2009, he joined ELEX as Managing Director and contributed to the creation of ADENES. In 2014, alongside Tancrède Stagnara, he co-founded VRS>>Vering, a subsidiary dedicated to Corporate Risk, Large Accounts and International claims, which he still leads as Managing Director. Olivier served as President of the French Loss Adjusters’ Association (CEA) for eight years before being appointed Vice-President of the French Federation of Loss Adjusting (FEDEA) in 2024. Since 2022, he has played a key role in the international development of the ADENES Group, particularly in Asia-Pacific markets. This background led to his current role as Executive VP Group, International Offers & Expertise Development for the ADENES Group, while continuing as Managing Director of VRS>>Vering.
Olivier Gloux
Executive VP Group France Strategic Operations
Olivier Gloux holds an engineering degree from ESTP Paris (École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l’Industrie). He began his career as a structural engineer in 1996 before leading a project management and engineering design office. Olivier GLOUX joined the Group in 2002 as a loss adjuster. He is a founding member of the ADENES Group and has played a key role in its development. With nearly 25 years of experience in corporate risk and construction, he is a recognized expert in his field and is actively involved in professional organizations, including FEDEA. He has contributed to structuring the Group’s operating model and developing its main business units, notably within the Executive Management teams of ELEX, VERING, 3C and ADENES. In February 2026, as part of the evolution of the Group’s governance, he was appointed Executive Vice President Group, France Strategic Operations.
Juliette Flores-Baudot
CEO ADENES France
Juliette Flores Baudot, an HEC Paris MBA graduate with a corporate board member Certificate (IFA – Sciences Po Paris), began her career in international consulting before joining Multiasistencia France in 2002 as Director of Development and Operations. She later led Covéa’s Claims Performance Division, driving major transformation projects. Appointed CEO of MMA’s legal protection subsidiary in 2013, she oversaw its transformation and created Covéa PJ in 2017. In 2018, she joined Covéa’s Executive Committee as Strategy & Transformation Director, advancing data, digital, and customer initiatives. From 2021 to 2023, she served as CEO of Insurtech Appenin. She combines strategic vision, impact focus, and strong operational leadership. Juliette joined the ADENES Group at the end of 2024.
Juan Uribe
Head of ADENES Latam
Juan Uribe is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience, including 5 years in the power industry and 25 years as an Insurance Loss Adjuster. He has worked with RTS since 2000, performing specialized loss adjusting assignments and supervising major Industrial Property and Business Interruption losses, mainly in the power generation and transmission & distribution sectors, for insurance and reinsurance companies. In 2006, Juan led the development of RTS in Colombia, which became one of the country’s leading loss adjusting firms. In 2011, he was promoted to Regional Manager, overseeing RTS expansion across Central America, where he opened four additional operations while strengthening the company’s regional presence. Juan is currently a member of CILA (UK) and LEA (USA). Following the evolution of ADENES Group’s governance, he was appointed Head of ADENES Latam in February 2026.
James Ong
Head of ADENES Asia-Pacific
James ONG is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (UK), Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a European Loss Adjusting Expert (FUEDI ELAE).
James began his loss adjusting career in 1986 with Graham Miller Malaysia and has been involved in the handling of major complex losses across Asia. He was previously Managing Director of vrs Maphilindo in Malaysia, one of the largest loss adjusters in Malaysia before taking up a position as the CEO Asia for Sedgwick in 2019. James joined ADENES in 2023 and started up vrs AsiaPac based in Singapore. Based in the regional insurance hub of Asia Pacific, vrs AsiaPac is involved in overseeing many major and complex losses on behalf of Reinsurers across Asia Pacific. James was appointed Head of ADENES Asia Pacific in February 2026.
Philippe Roux
Household & Commercial Expertise Director
Philippe ROUX holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. From 1994 to 2007, he worked within Munters Groups Damage Restoration Division (now Polygon Group), first in Hamburg as Managing Director DACH and later in Stockholm as President of the European Division. In 2008, he acquired and developed STP Sachverstndigen in Germany and founded A&A srl and its subsidiaries (Experta, TPA&A and C&P), building a leading loss-adjusting group in Italy. Following ADENES acquisition of a stake in A&A, he contributed to the creation of ADENES Italia, where he remains a Board member and shareholder. In February 2026, following changes in the Groups governance, he was appointed Director, Household & Commercial Claims at ADENES Group.
Martin Schörkhuber
Household & Commercial Expertise Director
Martin Schörkhuber is a graduate of the Vienna University of Technology, where he studied civil engineering from 1981 to 1986. He has extensive qualifications as a real estate trustee, civil engineer and master builder.
Martin began his professional career in 1987 in the construction industry at Ferro Betonit/Alpine Mayreder. Since 2000, he has been the managing director of Sterkl, Schörkhuber & Partner. At the same time, he has been contributing his expertise as a sworn and court-certified expert since 1999 and has been chairing the professional group of real estate and construction experts for Upper Austria and Salzburg since 2013.
His expertise is also in demand at an international level: since 2009, he has been a member of the board of the global expert network vrs-adjusters and chairman of AFILA. In addition, he is an Exco member of FUEDI and has been a member of IMIA since 2022.
Hans de Hoog
Business Development Director
Hans de Hoog started his loss adjusting career in 1985, and after having been a country manager for Switzerland and European marketing director from out of Brussels in the period from 1993 to 1998, he rejoined Lengkeek in the Netherlands. In 1998, he became co-owner, later CEO, and has been with Lengkeek since. Over the years, Lengkeek has developed into a leading commercial adjusting and valuation company in the Netherlands.
He was chairman for the Dutch loss adjuster’s association (NIVRE) and currently holds the position of chairman of the employer’s association of NIVRE.
Three years after the acquisition of Lengkeek by the ADENES Group, Hans was appointed in the Group Executive Committee in 2026, responsible for business development
Vincent Gil
Chief Financial Officer
Vincent GIL holds qualifications from the French chartered accountancy track and has successfully completed the Advanced Leadership Programme at EDHEC Business School. He began his career in an accounting firm and then joined the VEOLIA Group, where he built a solid foundation in finance and management. Since joining the ADENES Group in 2014, he has progressively taken on broader financial leadership responsibilities, notably as CFO of ELEX France and CFO of ADENES France, before becoming Group CFO. Over the years, Vincent has made a significant contribution to the Group’s development by reinforcing financial governance, structuring performance management, supporting transformation programs and facilitating the integration of acquired businesses across France and international markets. In his current role, he leads the Group Finance function and oversees financial strategy, treasury, refinancing, performance management and post-acquisition integration, supporting ADENES in its continued growth and strategic ambitions.
Antoine Rosenfeld
Chief Digital Officer
Antoine Rosenfeld graduated as an engineer from Grenoble INP – Phelma, where he developed a strong technical background combining engineering and applied technologies.
He joined ADENES in 2010 as a loss adjuster, building operational expertise in insurance claims, until obtaining in 2020 the EEAG certification, confirming his professional credentials.
Antoine subsequently took the lead of the Projects & Innovation Department of ADENES, to manage transversal projects in a context of group transformation and sustained growth, contributing to the modernization of processes, tools and organizational models.
Since 2025, he has been serving as Chief Digital Officer of the Group, in charge of defining and executing the Group’s digital strategy and digital transformation roadmap, supporting performance, scalability and innovation across all business lines and geographies.
