En tant que Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d'ELEX France depuis 2017, et ancien Directeur de la Performance du groupe ADENES, il a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central dans la conception et la mise \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de mod\u00e8les de performance \u00e0 fort impact dans les dimensions op\u00e9rationnelles, financi\u00e8res, sociales et soci\u00e9tales.
