Il a rejoint le secteur de l'expertise en sinistres en 2002 au sein du cabinet familial, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solide expertise terrain en mati\u00e8re de volum\u00e9trie et de vol. En 2010, il est nomm\u00e9 Directeur R\u00e9gional, avant d'\u00eatre dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 expert en vol en 2015. Il devient ensuite Directeur National du p\u00f4le Vol ELEX en 2017, supervisant une \u00e9quipe d\u2019une centaine de collaborateurs et participant en tant que membre du Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif ELEX. En 2020, il cr\u00e9e et prend en charge la Direction de la Communication du Groupe, afin de renforcer la coh\u00e9sion interne et le sentiment d\u2019appartenance.
